Something that has never been lacking is the food at La Covacha, anyone that has been in La Palma has enjoyed a good fish, as well as paellas, stews, chickpeas, and food baking in the wood stove of La Covacha, that is, certainly, entirely hand made.

Wine can not fail. Each cave has a small amount of this delicious drink, which is extracted from the vine of the owners of the wineries. And although it is normal that in a tasting a glass of wine own serve in the Covacha the same is also made with beer. Tradition dictates that all Entrenaturaleza friends have to go at least once in the Covacha, to taste delicious meals of La Palma, the house wine and,of course, home made beer. The main objective is to spend an evening by the coal fire, consuming good food, wine and beer, , with good company, surrounded by gardens, under a starry sky.

We can not reveal anything more about La Covacha, now, just come and see for yourself what happens within these walls of volcanic rock.
